Notes:

[1] The CTA maintains a strict "no naked short option selling" policy. Holding of naked short options overnight is strictly prohibited. The CTA engages in options writing/premium selling but only as part of options spreads (vertical, diagonal, horizontal) and futures/options combination strategies. The CTA is dedicated to naked short option selling alternatives for superior risk-management and performance.

[2] The CTA does not engage in very-short-time-frame, high-frequency trading. The CTA does engage in short-, medium- and long-term trading but not very-long-term trading, where it defines short-term = several minutes to several days, medium-term = several days to several weeks, long-term = several weeks to several months (up to 12 months), very-long-term = one to several years.

[3] The industry-standard measure for frequency is Round-Turns per Year per $Million (RT/YR/$M). The RT/YR/$M for the programs vary depending on market conditions, which through system rules dictate trading activity. Trading activity is never dictated by Introducing Brokers (IBs) which may receive income from transactional fees; rather, trading activity is dictated by system rules in response to market conditions in the interest of duty to clients - performance, including capital appreciation and superior risk management (including low margin-to-equity) for clients.

[4] Average margin-to-equity describes the amount of margin money associated with open positions at any one time in relation to the overall account equity and is a measure of the quality of risk management (the lower the number the more capable the account is of effectively managing elevated levels of risk).

[5] The CTA trades its programs in both a systematic and discretionary manner, within a framework of system rules yet at the discretion of human trader decision-making.

[6] The CTA trades its programs with both rigorous technical and fundamental analysis as the basis for all trading decisions.

[7] The CTA trades all of its programs opportunistically across a "maximally diversified spectrum of commodities markets" including stock market indices, volatility indices, currencies, bonds/interest rates, gold, silver, copper, platinum, palladium, crude oil, heating oil, gasoline, corn, wheat, soy, soy meal, soy oil, cocoa, sugar, coffee, orange juice, live cattle, feeder cattle, lean hogs, lumber, cotton and weather. The CTA follows all of these markets on a daily basis and strives to trade diversely across these markets when market conditions, suitability of particular strategies and available capital align.

[8]  The Minimum Initial Investment Capital requirements and Incentive Fee Rates for  The CTA's programs vary depending on the qualifying program/funding level (see Table 2 below for specific Minimum Initial Investment Capital and Incentive Fee Rate amounts for each program). These "Minimum Initial Investment Capital" requirements and "Incentive Fee" rates may at The CTA's discretion be modified in the future with advance notice to existing clients as required by CFTC Regulation 4.36.
